Barbwire S Farms 

With harvest season quickly approaching, we are reminded of all the blessings we have been given. Yes, we have several challenges this growing season as do most, but at the end of the day, we are truly blessed with the gifts from God.  As we begin our pre-harvest routines of checking equipment and preparing combines, we take a moment to ask the Lord for much-needed moisture for the fields. We are extremely dry and are in need of moisture. 

Blessed Saint Joseph, God chose you to be the husband of the Virgin Mary and the foster-father of Jesus. You cared for the Son of God as your won son and taught him a trade. Because you were so close to him, He will not refuse anything you ask. Intercede for us in our great need. Pray for the blessing of rain. We are grateful for the moisture we have received, but the land needs more. Ask God to water our fields and gardens, to fill the rivers, streams, and lakes, and to bless our crops and livestock. Help us to live close to Jesus and Mary, as you did, strong in faith and good works, caring for one another. Amen.
