Justin and his wife Sara have been involved in agriculture their entire lives. After finishing his education at Kansas State University, Justin returned to the family farm to work alongside his father and has been farming full time since 2006. Sara returned to the farm after finishing her education at Fort Hays State University in 2012. They both thoroughly enjoy the farming lifestyle and getting the opportunity to follow their dreams and raise their son on the farm.

Tom and LaDonna Sloan have been farming in the area for many years in addition to raising their children. Tom is a 4th generation farmer and has been a modernizer in soil and water conservation and implementing technology into the operation. The farming operation is mostly dry-land with some irrigation with corn being the primary crop produced. Other crops produced include wheat, soybeans, and occasionally grain sorghum.
